Miriam’s great passion is facilitating those ‘aha’ learning moments, when people push past their comfort zones, enabling them to move forward and become the best versions of themselves. She helps her clients, ranging from first-time managers to business executives of multinational companies and government departments, get better at dealing with change and being flexible enough to adapt with knowledge and sensitivity.
Having lived and worked in the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK, Vietnam, Australia, China, Singapore, and now Hong Kong, Miriam knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual. Her Dutch heritage and international experience contribute to her working comfortably, respectfully and effectively with people at different organisational levels and from diverse backgrounds.
With a customer-centric mindset inherited from her initial career in the luxury international hotel industry, Miriam is often described as someone energetic, adaptable, passionate, diligent, loyal and trustworthy.
Miriam is a Genos Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner. Her academic background also includes an MBA degree from the UK, BBA and BHA degrees from the Netherlands and a Training & Assessment qualification from Australia.
