Proof of Concept
We can assist you with developing a proof of concept. Our most recent work has been around the use of Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Extended Reality. Most of these projects have been developed on Unity 3D technology.
It is also possible for you to make use of other software. Our team will gladly assist and advise you with the most suitable software and help to do testing in a controlled environment.
Once a Proof of Concept has been developed, the next step will be to test the software solution in an operational setting and get feedback from the floor in real life to finetune the software solution. During this period the purpose is to understand whether the objectives, which have been defined, are met; to identify potential problems and mitigate any risks.
After a successful trajectory through the Proof of Concept phase and the validation of the pilot project phase, the product is ready for launch. Together with our launching customer, we work with our client to develop an evaluation mechanism and continuous feedback loop. The focus is on resolving any errors or bugs, but also look at improving functionalities and features.
You are at the limits of your current development team and looking for solutions. Through our partnerships, we are able to tailor different solutions.
- Outsource: Development team is externally led
- Offshore: Development team is not in country, but managed internally
- Insource: Software engineers from third party are in sourced (in house) and managed internally
Depending on your situation, we can help you decide what fits your needs and your budget. Our advisors can assist with the decision making process.
More businesses are facing challenges with a rapidly changing “data” landscape. With legacy systems, different silo’s have been accumulated, leading to valuable data which is under utilized. Management has not been able to keep up with the latest developments. We endeavour to help your management team with a fundamental workshop about data science 101, understanding options, taking a closer look at your company situation and assist in developing a road map to optimize your different data sources.
