OML formalised a new positioning statement after brainstorming sessions with the founder of Knowledge Touch.
A new website was then conceptualised and developed which helped socialise the revised brand identity with a cohesive tone-of-voice across all channels.
Due to its improved positioning and new website, Knowledge Touch is now taking concrete steps to penetrate the U.S. market.
